first time booking?
To book your appointments, please scroll down and select the service you’d like to recieve. A $20 deposit is required for all appointments.
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out your consent forms, ask any questions & get an idea of what you’re wanting to have done. Inspo pictures are recommended!
If you’re under 16, you will need a parent present to sign your consent form (first appointment only).
Lash extensions are considered a luxury service and can take anywhere from 2-3 hours for a full set.
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
booking policies
LATE POLICY:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will need to reschedule for another day. Another deposit will be required.
PAYMENT POLICY:
We only accept cash and ZELLE. Other payments will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY:
Please give at least 24 HOURS notice via text message if you cannot make it to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
NO SHOWS = BLOCKED FROM FURTHER BOOKINGS
INFILL POLICY:
An infill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If you have less than 40%, you will be required to pay the full set price.
DO
- Come with clean lashes & no eye makeup or mascara.
- Notify me AT LEAST 24hrs if ANY cancellation or change is needed
- Wear comfy clothes.
- Use the restroom beforehand.
- Reschedule if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms.
- Message me when you have arrived.
- Inform me of any allergies or skin concerns.
- Share your selfies and feel free to tag us!
DON’T
- Have caffeine before your appointment.
- Wear contacts.
- No-show or appear more than 10 minutes late.
- Ignore your aftercare!
- Open your eyes during the service. (This may cause burning or watering of the eyes.)
- Bring your pets.
- Cancel last minute
